I know it has been a long time since I post anything in this blog about me. Well to let you know currently Sarawak is feeling the effect of Global recession if you know what that means. Ok if you’re not interested its fine but try be sensitive. Most of the people i know are now afraid and they are hanging by a thread. The reason is that they might lose their job to someone else. In X-Fab where my brother is a vendor to them, told me that they are retrenching fast but the sad part is that…The locals are being sack rather than the foreigners. That is a sad case, although my brother are not affected as they can always continue their job in service maintenance but the thing is, are locals unable to compete with foreign professionals? This got me worried.

Ok enough with the sad stuff cause all we need to do not to be down and sad but be strong and believe that God will guide us if we seek his help and guidance. Believe in his love and mercy and he will answer our prayer.

Now I am going to update you all on what I’ve been doing recently well pictures will come in handy with what I need to explain. As many of you know that I am a sports person and I like to try out various sports. But this particular sport got me hooked on it and somehow im getting more and more serious about it. This sport……. It Is GOLF. The history of the name GOLF is actually means Gentlements Only, Ladies Forbidden.

Anyway got a whole set of new club from Morgan’s dad in appreciation from Uncle Francis of my help in conducting research on his current project. Anyway just a minor help for him not a big big deal of a research. Thanks Uncle Francis. Although its a old club but the condition is 9/10 just only the cart bag no in good shape. Therefore I did a shopping for Golf bag recently and these are the bags I checked out.

These are the two bag with reasonable price I could find. On the left is Titlelist bag which cost RM450 after discount and on the right is Bell Page and you can see the price tag on the bag. I have made several hunt for golf bag and i mange to find another golf bag which is also priced at RM450 after discount and it is Taylormade. Im currently still thinking over it, or should I get a bag when I am playing much better than now.

Next would be something that has been protecting my leg for years and the brand together with it series has never fail me before. The brand is Adidas and the shoe that protects my feet for many year and years to come is The Barricade Series.

I had purchase the older version of Barricade 3, 3 years ago and I will tell you why it has not fail me even till today.

By the look of these pictures you could see how torn off my shoe are. This is Barricade 3 that i purchase 3 years ago and I’m still using it till today. This is the reason why

The Sole is still in Good Shape!

Imaging for three years I have been using this shoe for tennis and other sports and it is that stubborn and does not want to die off!!!!! When shoes start to wear of they lose their grip over your feet. Amazingly Adidas Barricade 3 still has the grip after 3 years of using it.

The other day there 1/2 sale at Lea so i went to check out if I could manage to get another barricade. Yes, I got it, a newer and more functionality in terms of performance on court and feel.

A Newer version which looks really solid! Adidas will be my favourite sports apparel!

Next on my update! YES!!! I know its long well too bad! Haha

Got a Mac to use for presentation. Thanks to Billionaire Oil tycoon Mr Bello Hayatudeen from Nigeria! So I need to get a VGA cable for presentation and as you know anything about Mac is Pricey! YEs. A person who is a very low class such as me, could only afford windows. To all Mac users, we know we’re poor and thank for reminding! Haha but again why mull over being low just be optimistic!

This is what i bought, VGA Cable for Macbook. For such a small thing it has a warranty imposed to it. While i was looking through it, I met an old friend i know from Penang. So a lil chat to catch up times and to my surprise, he is the manager for the branch in penang and has came down here to have a look at how things are going in kuching. He gave me a good price for this VGA Cable. Retail price RM129.00, RM90.00 for me! Guess it was my luck. It was blessing in disguise!

Everything we do there is something to be learnt. My golf is taught by Mr Francis that is a great opportunity and respect as he is willing to teach me without any fees. Second the shoe, if we are patient enough and appreaciate what we have we will always be better of than others. Everything we buy must have value for money. But if the things are worth and + a gesture of a friendship it meant much more than anything in this world. Do bare in mind, i did not ask for any discount even though I know the manager.

Many asked me before 1st January 09. ‘ Hey Henry, What is your New Year Resolution?’ well till today I have not manage to make one or figure out one. You must be thinking ‘hey you must be freaking well off your life huh’ It’s not like that la just that I’ve never made any resolution for the year. I face each day as it come.

Well I have seen many people making all sorts of resolution but honestly speaking I have not seen many even reach near 50% of it. That is really sad. Oh yea there is one thing that I hate the most about new year….. its people go and say ‘ I wish you well and by gone be by gone, just forget about all those grudges and misunderstanding’ Erm I think people like with thinking is either they are dumb or they have no tolerance at all. To forgive and forget is not up to us to decide and it has to be done both ways. Seriously,what were they thinking when they say all these or were they being sarcastic. Well to me its not easy to forgive and forget, certain things are not that easy aight~!!!!

Well, people who read my post, it is either you with me or not but I do not care much as i write freely of what I want to say. Life is about realism, things work both ways just like Ying and Yang. No no! Not the Ying Yang Twins ok this is not hip hop this is confucious! But I have to admit, there are people like that who are well off and never been in tough situation in life. They will never understand what it is like to be poor and down. That is why it is easy for them to say whatever they like without considering other people’s feelings. Boo Hoo~!!

Bought for me by my friend when she was in Melbourne. Don’t think you can find this in Malaysia. Saw this earphone at Sarawak Plaza Lea Centre Nike Shoe Poster last year and now I HAVE IT!!!!!!!!!!

These are the toys that are going to get me my NEW YEAR RESOLUTION~!! haha Kidding! Hopefully More New Toys Coming…. Need to Budget Bah~!!!

There is sadness and also Joy. Yeah, I have an announcement to make to all my friends today. 

After a long thought and opinions from various people, I have finally decided to end my time as 

tennis coach. Yes, I have been thinking about it since last year September and during those time

I keep on looking for a reason to stay but I fail to find one. Those who I single handed coach has

been able to play well enough though some are still not as good yet I believe they will improve in

near future. Well I’m quite surprise with one common opinion I got from people when I ask them

that I am quitting was,

‘ You’re not doing it not for the sake of money alone, you coach out of gratitude and for the sake of the 

student you teach. Staying will drained your genuine intention but stopping will let others know.’ 

This exact words came from people that do not play tennis at all but they are just close friends

who seen me coach before. It’s quite true, all these while I’ve been pushing my students really hard.

To be honest, all this while I have been coaching because I Love it.

First is to help out my long time coach, second meet various people and lastly the joy of 

teaching a child who do not know tennis at all till he or she can constantly hitting the ball back

to you is an experience that you do not easily get. And at the end of the day a simple thank you from

their parents shows sincere appreciation from them. Life has its wonders. Coaching has

brought me up to another level of my life. As it has taught me not to judge a person ability by

appearance, and also educate me about various type of attitude from different people. Making new

friends at tennis is the one thing that I’ll never forget as I always believe my students are my friends.

In This Post:

I would like to thank my long time coach Mr Yong for giving me the opportunity to coach various 

children with different background. 

Second I would like to thank Mr Chin, my coaching mentor and also a very good friend. You taught me

what is it mean to be a good coach and also thank you for all the books and notes about coaching. Without 

your help Mr Chin, I do not think I would have taught any student well enough today. Thank you again for your time,

effort and support. 

Lastly Thanks to all my wonderful friends and student at MTS BDC tennis court during my coaching

period there. We had good times and also bad times but the important thing is we have been through it

Hello~!

It’s been a while or should I say ages I have not update this freaking blog. I can see that the traffic is getting slow or DEAD! Cant blame all of you for it because it is my fault for not updating this place. Currently having 3 month holiday and its freaking long. Making myself busy and trying to gain more knowledge for myself as preparation for next year. I might be involve in Research for one of my lecturer as a Research Assistant(RA). There is a lot to know and a lot to read up in order to be a RA. Especially one like me who are an idiot most of the time. Another program for this holiday would be increase exercise in order to be healthy and physically prepare for next year. Health is every persons problem these days especially to the young ones so I am not excluded from it.

Today post is something I believe everyone should learn from. It is always easy to be fool rather than be smart in most cases. There are so much lies happening around us but we always fell trap to it. There are many allegation about the political situation in the world as well as in our country. But do we really know the truth. Hardly but it is important for us to understand and start realizing it. Many have said Barrack Obama

would not be president or he would not be a great president. Are we God to know about it or we just make an assumption because he is black in skin color. Let take a closer look at our country Malaysia. Remember Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad? Guess many would say he is a dog barking around and create havoc in our country. No matter what you says I still believe he is the man who create many opportunities to Malaysians. Why all these allegation that he’s the one doing all the bad things. Do all these racial tension happen during his time? Hardly happens. What im trying to say is not political but something that many young ones should learn to realize. 

In life there would always be people talking about something. But how true is that something it is better for us to find out rather than spreading around without knowing the truth. Those who did this no matter you’re PhD qualification person I still believe you are as the same level of those who are uneducated. The fact is always there for us to find out although sometimes its personal. General facts can be found any where, Library, internet, journals, and many more. As of personal issues that we heard from people, it is best we confront the victim of the rumor and ask about it. If he/she are not willing to tell then that is their privacy and right. If someone tells you about certain things that is private keep it to yourself and realize that, the person who tells you a secret means that  you earn the highest respect and value in their friendship. Many I believe would not keep the secret as they think it is a valuable information for them to gain by telling people and earn a little more friendship by doing so. No! No! You just sink yourself to a very low level in human society.

We must alway find out the truth ourself rather than believing bluntly at what people say. The benefit of it is that, we know the truth, and it also prevent us from making wrong accusation or getting misleading fact that would be disastrous to us. Always take the extra effort in finding out the truth. Lastly, castaway friends that always gossip about everything. Who know they might talk about you when you’re not around. Just remember to stay away to those who talk the most like what he/she says mean whole lot more. 

OK guys? haha just be more smart in life. Business is all about smartness and nothing personal.

Do not kid with me, we always says we are open about it or let karma gets them back……. how many of us do actually being open about our freaking life??? Obvious not me la… I have my level of patience, once you cross that level… forget about treating you the way I use to. We give chances to people and that is the most sincere act of respect in friendship. Not many of us realize this. That is why I am being the idiot. As an idiot we do not respect people who betray your trust and they do not deserve the respect they seek for.

Yes I do admit it. When I am not happy with certain people. I say it out loud… there is a pro of my action although it brings bad perception of people towards me. At least I would know who have a big mouth and do not realize how much trust and nice towards him/her. Like I said earlier that particular person do not deserve my respect anymore and he/she are just rubbish to me. My dad always reminded me that, if a person who is nice enough to teach you or educate you although the method they use sometimes do not seems fit, it is still a sincere gesture. Once that person talk less or stop guiding you, it only means 2 things. 1) you are not worth to be teach or talk to 2) you just a useless piece of rubbish.

 Who wants rubbish unless you are a rubbish collector company or recycle company because they recycle you into a cheaper product either as a ‘bahan api’ or tissue paper to be rub at people’s asses. Imagine how lowly you are if you are categorize there?? I would not want to be there. So ladies and gentlemen and all the ah kao, ah tu, ah gu, and all the ahs’ always reflect on how we have treated other people and how they have help us in the course of our daily lives.

Another thing is that, we always take our friends for granted. I know I do sometimes but when I realize it I try to make it up to them. Sound easy huh… never easy peeps.. I have seen many nice people, stood by their friend’s sides when they are down and comfort them and never complaint but listens to their problems. But when those people are on their ups, and happy they shun this good friend away and even say they are annoying. What have a kind and good old friend deserves to be treated this way by his/her friends?

 People who have been taken granted are always being look down by many parties. Why? because they thought they are an easy prey or they do not have principles in life to defend themselves. Well you’re wrong readers! People like this have and their principle is the most simplest and the most sincere of all. They treat everyone equal and they never complaint about their pain to you. This is because they are kind, they do not what to burden you. Even if they speak up, they only tell those who can really listen to them and advice them. Who they felt that their problems are safe with this particular friend. I know this kind of person cause my mother is one of this group of people.

I do not dare to say about the world….. In our society, we tend to look down or pull people down when they have success or they say that your achievements are nothing at all. We must always remember, competition is healthy but if it get out of hand, then its ugly. Do not always compare ourselves with other because we need to find out what is our capabilities and strength. Like people used to say, always count your blessings.

Beauty is to be admire.... We idiot never really admire it.

Haha this post is all the experience of my fellow friends with their problem and some of it are mine own. Just wanted to share with all of you how bad our society is or our neighbours are. To all of you my dear friends.. always look at the bright side of things although we tend to slip from our main track. Be smart and there is not point if you are sad all day long. We do not live forever might as well ignore all the rubbish I’ve said earlier in this post and see how beautiful this world is.
